E-mail from Ron Pearson to New Scientist (May 17, 2004): A Holistic Solution is Available

To the letters Editor "New Scientist"

Dear Sir,

In "Worlds Apart" in the 15 May issue Zeilienger, speaking of the role played by information in quantum theory, is reported to have stated that "something else-some other as yet undiscovered theory-will have to explain what role that information plays". In the 13 March issue, discussing what has now become clear as a related matter, Robert Matthews gave conclusive evidence that double standards were being blatantly used to discredit all matters considered "paranormal". Then in the 3rd April issue Paul Loader excuses the use of double standards on grounds that this would entail the revision of too many physical laws and Anthony Blake says that no heuristic theory is available to explain these anomalous effects.

Readers need to know that a little read theory has been available in a scientific journal since 1997 that shows all these problems can be resolved simultaneously. Added credibility is provided from the way a solution to the vexed question of the "cosmological constant" is provided - and no other solution has yet appeared! This problem arose from the inability of theorists to find a way of switching off the creative explosion demanded by the big bang approach for describing the origin of the universe. Indeed the initial aim of the study was focused on this problem. As a final boost this theory had also predicted in 1992 that the universe had to be expanding at an ever-accelerating rate. Indeed the acceleration was predicted to be equal to the square of the Hubble constant times separating distance. The acceleration was confirmed in 1998 by the astronomical observations of remote supernovae.

The theory depends on a new idea, "Opposed Energy Dynamics" that considers the interaction of primary particles built from opposite but complementary kinds of energy at the ultimate level of reality. The paper is:

Ron Pearson
Ron Pearson (Born March, 1925) is a mechanical engineer and former university lecturer in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. He has discovered a structure of the ether that has potential to evolve intelligence, and has provided the mathematics to back up the experiments of Sir William Crookes and Charles Richet. In these experiments, deceased people returned, proving they had survived death.

Pearson provides the theory needed to explain not only telepathy, but also the entire spectrum of the so-called 'paranormal' as testable real effects. It also covers non-locality that no physicists have explained.
