Scientific proof of survival after death has existed for over a century. The Campaign for Philosophical Freedom is working to increase public awareness of the existence of scientific proof that we all survive the death of our physical bodies - irrespective of religious beliefs.

We all survive the death of our physical bodies [Posted: September 29, 2002]

From now on the "battle" must only be between orthodox scientists--who are adamant that death is the end of everything--and unorthodox scientists--who are just as adamant that we all have a soul and survive death. The only trouble is that as I write this, only orthodox scientists are allowed access to media and educational outlets. This can't be right in democratic countries. The brave stand by Prof. B. D. Josephson, a Cambridge University Nobel Laureate for Physics, that the so-called paranormal is a branch of physics is very exciting indeed. This has happened because of the Twin Towers tragedy. Good people within the scientific community now realise that telling the truth is much more important than just keeping the old-boy network intact. The priests (believers) must now move aside and let the thinkers - philosophers - give the lead.

Still no Reply from The Royal Society... [Posted: September 23, 2002]

Ref: The Paranormal Review July 2002 (Issue 23)

Now that the physicist Professor Bernard Carr, the President of The Society for Psychical Research, has jumped on our winning bandwagon - linked so-called paranormal phenomena with the scientific discipline of subatomic physics - it's only a matter of time before The Royal Society is also forced to jump.

Let's now put a clock on my letter to The Royal Society, dated 26th April 2002.

September, 2002: Still no answer to this letter, which asks:

"May those of us who have started from the base that Sir William Crookes and Sir Oliver Lodge were correct in their conclusions be permitted to balance the thoughts of Prof. Carr and the hierarchy of the SPR?"

Their 17th Century pact with the priests must still be intact:

"Meddle no otherwise with Divine things."

A bereaved father was horrified to find this book was out of print, and paid for the book to be reprinted in paperback. Details about how to obtain a copy are here.

The Suppression of Knowledge [Posted: September 20, 2002]

To the teeming millions who have died or suffered in the name of ignorance and religion

The pamphlet by Michael Roll is now available on this site.

"There is no greater crime in the cosmos than to deliberately indoctrinate young trusting minds with false teachings for selfish ends. From this one heinous crime stems all crime. The perpetrators of this evil deed will pay a terrible price in mental remorse when they pass from this world.
We only have to look at Northern Ireland, the Middle East and New York to see what happens when babies are got at from birth by priests, mullahs, rabbis, "holy" men and ministers of religion. Those guilty of mental child abuse will wish they had never been born when they enter into the etheric wavelengths. The tragedy is that this is not brainwashing, its mindwashing, because we leave our brains behind when our physical bodies pack in. The victims of priestcraft carry on hating in the so-called next world."

The Academy of Survival Physics [Posted: September 8, 2002]

A new 56-page booklet, written by Ronald Pearson (first published June 2002, revised and reprinted September 2002).

Survival physics provides paradigm-shifting insights that resolve outstanding problems in theorectial cosmology physics, but also shows that consciousness must survive bodily death.

The pamphlet can be obtained by writing to Michael Roll, 28 Westerleigh Road, Downend, Bristol BS16 6AH, England. The cost is £5, including postage in the UK. (A $10 bill in the post will cover orders from the USA.) Please make cheques payable to Ron Pearson.

"Your little booklet is terrific. It deserves wide distribution. It highlights the absurdity of the situation in this country where everybody pussyfoots around a religion that nobody (except the wilfully ignorant) believes any more. This has been the state of things for over a century now." - Tony Grist (ex-priest, now freelance journalist)

"Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and torturous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistent that we called it the word of a demon than the word of God. It is a history of wickedness that has served to corrupt and brutalise mankind; and for my part I detest it as I detest everything that is cruel." - Thomas Paine (1737-1809): The Age of Reason (1794)

The great religious hoax exposed on Channel 4 television [Posted: August 25, 2002]

August 24, 2002: 'A Dangerous Liaison: Israel and America'.

Professor Jacqueline Rose proved that American foreign policy is being driven by the Rev'd Jerry Falwell, one of the leaders of the 70 million born-again Christians in the USA. The Presidents have been taking the advise of Falwell and Billy Graham over their political advisors because they have Biblical authority from the Old Testament!

To Hugh Thomas: Secular/Humanist leader

Your brave stand against the priests, mullahs, rabbis and "holy" men has now been completely vindicated. However, you stand alone among your colleagues: only you have allowed me to balance the thoughts of Dr. Susan Blackmore that death is the end of everything - the mind and brain are the same.

I am sorry to say this but the secular/humanist movement is fighting just as hard as the born-again Christians, the Vatican and the Church of England when it comes to allowing the public access to the secular scientific case for a separate mind and brain - that we all survive the death of our physical bodies. This gives a rational explanation to account for why our ignorant ancestors invented all the dangerous and divisive religions in the first place. Nothing happened yesterday in the laws of physics that does not happen today.

One third of clergy do not believe in the Resurrection - Daily Telegraph (July 31, 2002)

In this article, Religion Correspondent Jonathan Petre writes:

"While it has long been known that numerous clerics are dubious about the historic creeds of the Church, the survey is the first to disclose how widespread is the scepticism.

Few bishops would now share the views of the former Bishop of Durham, the Rt Rev David Jenkins, who caused a scandal in the 1980s when he contrasted the Resurrection with a "conjuring trick with bones".

Nevertheless liberal clergy, who represent about one in eight of the total, remain profoundly uncertain about the Church's core doctrines. In the survey, two thirds of them expressed doubts in the physical Resurrection and three quarters are unconvinced by the Virgin birth."

Clergy could face heresy charges in new tribunals - Daily Telegraph (July 20, 2002)

In this article, Religion Correspondent Jonathan Petre writes:

"Plans for the special tribunals, which critics fear will lead to "witch-hunts" against liberal clergy, have been drawn up by a committee of the House of Bishops.

The tribunals, to be held in private, will hear cases involving breaches of "doctrine, ritual and ceremonial".

Clergy who deny the doctrine of the Trinity or the Incarnation or who proclaim atheistic beliefs from the pulpit could face charges, as could those who fail to wear the required vestments during services."

BBC Newsnight [Posted: August 5, 2002]

On BBC 2 Newsnight 5th August 2002 it was revealed that the Billy Graham camp in the USA is urging the use of nuclear weapons against the Muslims in the Middle East! Not all Muslims, just the bad ones!

President George W. Bush is a follower of Billy Graham. If these Christian Crusaders are not quickly marginalised there will be no planet Earth for people to live on.

Faith & Values: Franklin Graham takes on Islam as a religion of hatred - An article by Martha Sawyer Allen (August 10, 2002)

"Graham said Thursday that he makes no distinction between the faith of Islam and the policies and practices of countries run by Islamic law.
"My goal is not to fight Muslims, but look at the cases," Graham said. "There is no tolerance under Islam. I've been to Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia. Muslims in this country haven't traveled [to Muslim countries] as much as I have. I know." "
