Dear Mr. Dyke,

Where is the voice of reason?

Ever since the Manhattan tragedy, when brainwashed religious fanatics crashed airliners into the Twin Towers, we have been bombarded with one discussion programme after another containing "experts" on panels representing all religions and audiences packed with believers from every religion on the planet. Not once has the voice of reason been heard. It's as if every person in the world actually believes that so-called holy books really are instructions from the creator of the universe - God!

Outside of priest-ridden Northern Ireland I have never come across any intelligent person who actually believes such divisive supernatural nonsense, including the professional priests that I have interviewed. I even have a letter from a former Bishop of Salisbury saying, "There is no hope for the Church."

From now on may we please have experts on panels and audiences that reflect the views of 95% of the people on mainland Britain who no longer blindly believe in what the priests and the law demands is pumped into every child without any philosophical balance whatsoever?

Yours faithfully

Michael Roll
