Letter from Michael Roll to the Producer of BBC 2's Newsnight, March 12, 2002

Many thanks for giving that headmaster who believes in Adam and Eve a rough ride. However, don't forget to remind these "teachers", who are guilty of mental child abuse, that no professional priest any longer believes in the doctrines and dogmas they are paid to pump into their flock. Brainwashing children with supernatural Christian absurdities is a heinous crime against humanity. This has been confirmed by the former Bishop of Durham, Dr. David Jenkins. Also a local Church of England priest phoned me after one of my broadcasts. I asked him when he found out the Christian religion was a gigantic hoax on the human race? He answered,

"We all do at theological college."

He was not talking about the excellent ethics accredited to a philosopher known as Jesus, and the fact that we all survive the death of our physical body, only the conclusions of ancient priests who thought a red hot ball of fire went round a flat Earth every day:

Fairy stories like Adam and Eve and Noah's Ark.

Dead bodies leaping out of graves on a Judgement Day.

A virgin giving birth to the creator of the universe 2000 years ago.

But worst of all that some book has divine authority.
