Religious Killing [Posted: December 5, 2004]

A letter to The Times (London) - November 29, 2004:

Now that the Vatican has apologised for the crusades, the Holy Inquisition and for killing so-called heretics, I think it's now time an apology is made for inventing the supernatural doctrines and dogmas at the Council of Nicaea in 325 of the Christian era.

After a 20-year fight to have the secular scientific case for survival after death published in Society for Psychical Research literature, Michael Roll's paper A Rational Scientific Explanation For So-Called Psychic Phenomena is now in the latest edition of The Paranormal Review, the Magazine of the Society for Psychical Research.

Michael Roll and Jeff Rense will be discussing the reasons why the scientific proof of survival after death has been deliberately blocked from reaching the masses since Sir William Crookes proved there are people operating in the invisible part of the universe in 1874.

All freethinkers since then have run into very powerful establishment forces with a great deal to lose from this revolutionary discovery in physics. Religionists and materialists--deadly enemies--are working together with the common aim of never letting the masses link the study of survival after death with the scientific discipline of subatomic physics - the study of the invisible part of the universe.

The 17th century Royal Society pact with the Vatican, "Never to meddle in divine things", is not a conspiracy theory, it's a stone cold conspiracy fact. This pact was made during the Holy Inquisition when the priests were torturing scientists to death as heretics. And it's still very much in force today - Fix the people is the name of the game, and fix 'em good.

We must carry on presenting the secular scientific case for survival after death - letting everyone know about the pioneering experiments that proved that there are people operating in the invisible part of the universe, and pointing to the mathematical backup for these experiments.

Once people have access to these censored discoveries in physics, they all come with us. This is because what we are presenting is infinitely more exciting than what the materialists and religionists are stuck with: orthodox scientific teaching (death being the end of everything) and the religious idea of having to rest in peace in the ground for a saviour-god to return and judge us!

This will be Michael Roll's ninth broadcast with Jeff Rense.

Four More Religious Wars... [Posted: November 14, 2004]

"...think of the effects on the man in the street, to KNOW (not think, not hope, not believe, but to KNOW in the literal meaning of the word) that death is not the end, but rebirth to a new life, with a chance for him to go forward, to make amends, or to do better next time. Any change which robs the religious and political organizations of the world of their power to brainwash, bully, bribe or blackmail a man into carrying out such distasteful and unnatural activities as torture and murder, must result in a better life for all."

God and the Presidency (Democracy Now! - October 20, 2004)

(...) from the final presidential discussion at the University of Arizona -- discussion on October 13th when the candidates were asked by moderator Bob Schieffer of CBS News about the role religion plays in their lives.

BOB SCHIEFFER: You were asked before the invasion or after the invasion of Iraq if you had checked with your dad. And I believe, I don't remember the quote exactly, but I believe you said you had checked with a higher authority. I would like to ask you, what part does your faith play on your policy decisions?

GEORGE W. BUSH: First, my faith plays a big part in my life. That's when I was answering that question, what I was really saying to the person was that I pray a lot. And I do. And my faith is a very - it's very personal. I pray for strength. I pray for wisdom. I pray for troops in harm's way. I pray for my family. I pray for my little girls. But I'm mindful in a free society that people can worship if they want to or not. You're equally an American if you choose to worship an almighty and if you choose not to. If you're a Christian or you're Muslim, you're equally an American. That's the great thing about America is the right to worship the way you see fit. Prayer in religion sustains me. I receive calmness in the storms of the presidency. I love the fact that people pray for me and my family all around the country. Somebody asked me one time, well how do you know? I said, I just feel it. Religion is an important part. I never want to impose my religion on anybody else, but when I make decisions, I stand on principle, and the principles are derived from what I am. I believe we ought to love our neighbor like we love ourself. That's manifested in public policy through the faith-based initiative where we've unleashed the armies of compassion to help heal people who hurt. I believe that God wants everybody to be free -- that's what I believe, and that's one part of my foreign policy. In Afghanistan, I believe that the freedom there is a gift from the almighty, and I cannot tell you how encouraged I am to see freedom on the march. So, my principles that I make decisions on are a part of me and religion is a part of me.

Without a Doubt - by RON SUSKIND (New York Times - October 17, 2004)

Bruce Bartlett, a domestic policy adviser to Ronald Reagan and a treasury official for the first President Bush, told me recently that "if Bush wins, there will be a civil war in the Republican Party starting on Nov. 3." The nature of that conflict, as Bartlett sees it? Essentially, the same as the one raging across much of the world: a battle between modernists and fundamentalists, pragmatists and true believers, reason and religion.

"Just in the past few months," Bartlett said, "I think a light has gone off for people who've spent time up close to Bush: that this instinct he's always talking about is this sort of weird, Messianic idea of what he thinks God has told him to do." Bartlett, a 53-year-old columnist and self-described libertarian Republican who has lately been a champion for traditional Republicans concerned about Bush's governance, went on to say: "This is why George W. Bush is so clear-eyed about Al Qaeda and the Islamic fundamentalist enemy. He believes you have to kill them all. They can't be persuaded, that they're extremists, driven by a dark vision. He understands them, because he's just like them. . . .

"This is why he dispenses with people who confront him with inconvenient facts," Bartlett went on to say. "He truly believes he's on a mission from God. Absolute faith like that overwhelms a need for analysis. The whole thing about faith is to believe things for which there is no empirical evidence." Bartlett paused, then said, "But you can't run the world on faith."

Proof that Jehovah is really Satan - by John Kaminski (September 28, 2004)

Many Catholics, Jews, and Christians - George W. Bush, for one - actually worship the devil

How can a man who claims he gets his orders from God preside over the senseless slaughter of tens of thousands of innocent civilians after lying to the nation he leads about the reasons he ordered the mass murder to begin with?

Is that man simply insane? Or is the God he pretends to talk to insane?

"With God on Their Side: How Christian Fundamentalists Trampled Science, Policy, and Democracy in George W. Bush's White House" - a book by Esther Kaplan

A truly shocking dossier of recent religious fundamentalist incursions into the machinery and soul of American democracy.

For four years, Americans have lived under an administration that holds twice-weekly Bible classes in the White House and daily prayer meetings at the Department of Justice. The Christian right is no stranger to Washington's corridors of power. But a combination of a born-again president, a burgeoning family-values movement, and the canny political strategies of Karl Rove has delivered unprecedented influence to today's Christian fundamentalists.

We can stop the Third World War, but only if we all fight very hard indeed - E-mail from Michael Roll to Jeff Rense (August 20, 2002)

Natasha Demkina [Posted: November 1, 2004; Updated November 13, 2004]

17 year old Natasha Demkina, a gifted 'medical intuitive', was invited to New York by the "Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal" (CSICOP) to participate in an experiment to test whether or not she is truly psychic. Discovery Channel filmed the experiment for a programme "The Girl with X-ray Eyes" which was broadcast on Thursday, September 30, 2004.

Discovery Channel

Natasha Demkina - "The Girl with X-ray Eyes" (Discovery Channel, September 30, 2004)

Victor Zammit writes:

Natasha, was there FRAUD? Was there CHEATING?

Were there willful MALICIOUS misrepresentations, to MALICIOUSLY DISPARAGE & DENIGRATE? Was there fundamental failure of 'due diligence'?

Were there attempts to knowingly DESTROY the credibility of the gifted Russian psychic Natasha Demkina on an international level?

UNBELIEVABLE: there was only a 2% chance of guessing 4 out of 7 (as Natasha did) - and these CSICOP experimenters most maliciously call that a failure!! Empiricists and statisticians identified the results as - 'STATISTICALLY VALID'!

Close content analysis of what the debunking skeptics did to Natasha on the Discovery Channel program shows that throughout the show there were continuous 'illegalities', 'illegitimacies' and negativity being heaped onto Natasha. Listening attentively to the show as a whole, it was seen and heard that there was continuous direct and indirect bombardment - and imputations - that Natasha is likely to be: a fraud, a hoax, incompetent and unskilled, not what she claims to be, deceptive, one who cheats and lies, takes money under false pretences, superstitious, not to be trusted, devious, deceitful, dishonest and conniving and that the planners of the experiment had a duty to expose her. Conduct shows the experimenters tried to bring Natasha into international disrepute. This is so the public will never trust her again and that her good name, excellent reputation and character will be permanently destroyed.

Scientists' unethical use of media for propaganda purposes - by Prof. B D Josephson

A TV demonstration is 'fixed'

Many viewers of a recent Discovery Channel programme, previewed in a Guardian article, where the claims of Natasha Demkina, a 17-year-old Russian girl who says she is able to look deep inside people's bodies, watch their organs at work and spot when things are going wrong, were investigated, ended up with a strong impression that the main test in the investigation had been deliberately set up with a view to ensuring that she would fail it. The test involved her being given a set of seven cards, with a medical condition indicated on each. Medical subjects with these seven conditions (one of which was 'no condition'), each bearing an identifying number, stood in a row and Natasha had to mark each card with the number of the person whom she thought had the condition indicated on the card. Despite the difficulties associated with the rigorous and unfamiliar conditions imposed by the experimenters, she identified four of the seven correctly. A fairly straightforward calculation shows that the odds of getting 4 hits or more out of 7 by chance are more than 50 to 1 against. Surely a case for celebrating Natasha's success?

Well, no, actually. The experimental protocol, to which Natasha and her agent had been asked to agree, rather curiously states:

"If Natasha correctly matches fewer than 5 target medical conditions, then the Test Proctor will declare that results are more consistent with chance guessing and does not support any belief in her claimed abilities."

Accordingly, it was announced that Natasha had 'failed the test'. In the article about the programme in the Guardian, Richard Wiseman, one of the investigators, emphasised this conclusion, declaring "a failure is a failure".

Visionary or fortune teller? Why scientists find diagnoses of 'x-ray' girl hard to stomach Natasha's claim to see inner ills excites media but fails experts' test - by Ian Sample (The Guardian, September 25, 2004)

Natasha Demkina has a lot of explaining to do. Sat with her mother and younger sister in a bright London office, the 17-year-old from Saransk, a rundown town 400 miles east of Moscow, seems the typical teenager. But less typically, Natasha claims she possesses an unusual gift. She can, she says, look deep inside people's bodies, watch their organs at work and spot when things are going wrong.

That the finest medical minds in the country are not queueing up to examine Natasha is no surprise. To all but a vanishingly small number of the medical community, her claims are too ludicrous even to warrant discussion. Others suspect it is nothing more than a trick, a medical variant of a fortune teller.

But such concerns rarely carry much weight in the media. In January, the Sun brought Natasha to Britain, prompting a flurry of credulous stories about the "girl with the x-ray eyes". During her visit, she went on ITV's This Morning and impressed Fern Britton by spotting her sore ankle. She also managed to unnerve the show's resident doctor, Chris Steele, who when told he might have something wrong with his stomach, pancreas, liver and kidneys nipped off for a scan at a Harley Street clinic. He was later given the all-clear.

Victor Zammit - Natasha Demkina can sue the 'ambush experimenters' for some $2 to $5 million in damages. Why?

A Girl with an X-ray vision (January 14, 2004)

Moscow's medical workers discovered a magnificent gift of a sixteen-year-old girl Natalya Demkina from Saransk. The girl possesses "dual vision". She is capable of discerning a person's internal organs without using X-ray or ultrasound.

Natasha has already disproved several medical diagnoses and has not made any mistakes. A series of medical experiments conducted in one of the clinics provide substantial and undeniable proofs of the girls' unique abilities.

Natasha Demkina from Russia's Saransk first got popular in London and then disgraced in New York. The world learned about the unique ability of the 17-year-old girl at the beginning of the year.

Newspapers reported about the X-ray girl who could see through people like a medical apparatus. Natasha's talent became evident at the age of 10.

Killing? - What Killing? [Posted: October 11, 2004]

In April 2004, a visitor to this site wrote to us:

"(...) the proof that we are all eternal beings who have the power to decide our own destiny frightens the [power elite] the most. And for quite obvious reasons. They can only maintain their power structure by convincing the masses that they have no power and are little more than organic machines who, once dead, stay dead.

(...) Just suppose, for one moment, a demonstration was given on tv which everyone saw which proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that death is merely a doorway or like changing clothes, if you will. Can you imagine what that would do to the power elite who have sought control variously through religion, politics and, most recently, science? Or rather, their half baked version of science. Certainly it would not stop humanity's insane preoccupation with making war on each other but I would wager that it would make war the exception, rather than the rule. After all, what then would be the point in "killing" your "enemies" if you knew that in fact you had merely moved them to a different frequency of experience and that the day would come when you would have to face them?"

Whenever we speak to people in the etheric wavelengths, the message is always the same:

"There is no place here just reserved for Christians or anybody else. You all survive the death of your physical bodies and are immediately reunited with those have passed over before you. There is no saviour-god who is going to forgive the rotten things you have done on Earth. You are personally responsible and liable for every thought and action during your short stay on Earth - As you sow, then so you will reap."

The secular scientific case for survival after death pulls the rug from under the priests and "holy" men. They lose their monopoly on the lucrative life after death industry. They must block the proof of survival after death at all costs - they are fighting for their very existence. This is the reason why the priests have joined forces with their most deadly enemies - the materialists. All the time that orthodox scientific teaching starts from the base that we do not possess a soul that survives the death of our physical bodies, then this suits the professionals who are making money from the subject. It makes the priests (having faith) the only alternative.

The world is at a very dangerous stage. Islam is about where Christianity had reached at the time of the crusades. And confronting them is George W. Bush and half the population of the USA who still believe exactly what the crusaders believed in 1200.

Because of all the terrible religious killing, because of the antics of religious lunatics and their victims, many people are at last starting to make the vital connection - that we should never have been following priests, mullahs, rabbis and "holy" men.

Extract from When the Rabbits Get a Gun - by William Rivers Pitt (September 15, 2004):

Haifa Street, Baghdad (September 12, 2004)

Dead and injured Iraqi civilians on Haifa Street, Baghdad, after a U.S. helicopter attack. (Photo: Ghaith Abdul-Ahad / Getty Images)

On Sunday, September 12, 2004, a large crowd of Iraqi civilians came under fire from U.S. attack helicopters on Haifa Street in Baghdad. An American Bradley Fighting Vehicle had been attacked and destroyed by 'insurgents' fighting the ongoing occupation of their country, and the civilians - after more than a year of deprivation and violence which came on the heels of a decade of deprivation and violence - were dancing on top of and beside the vehicle. 13 of them were killed and dozens more wounded. A reporter from the UK Guardian named Ghaith Abdul-Ahad was there, and was wounded in the attack.

"One of the three men piled together," wrote Abdul-Ahad, "raised his head and looked around the empty streets with a look of astonishment on his face. He then looked at the boy in front of him, turned to the back and looked at the horizon again. Then he slowly started moving his head to the ground, rested his head on his arms and stretched his hands towards something that he could see. It was the guy who had been beating his chest earlier, trying to help his brother. He wanted help but no one helped. He was just there dying in front of me. Time didn't exist. The streets were empty and silent and the men lay there dying together. He slid down to the ground, and after five minutes was flat on the street."

The survivors of this attack, like the survivors of Qana, were probably not terrorists before the fire came raining down. It is a safe bet they are now, after seeing what they have seen, willing to trade their lives to see Americans die. They have seen the massacre of civilians, and so believe that civilians are fair game in this dirtiest of wars. They are monsters now, not born, but made.
